Quenotte is a trademark may not be used in connection to any product or service that is not a part of Quenotte, and in any way that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that discredits Quenotte.

Placing orders
For Quenotte online shop you have to register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the login section. once you are a Quenotte member, you can check the history of your account at any time.
Quenotte does not take any liability in any form for mistakes, omissions or errors given by the user.
When your account has been created, you will have access to a menu with options.
To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your basket before completing your order.
To complete your order you must go through the on-line purchasing procedure and accept payment, clicking on the option for confirming your card data.
After formalizing this step you will receive an electronic mail confirming from us the acceptance of the order.
Quenotte will supply the products subject to their availability.
If the products are available, you will receive an automatic e-mail providing information regarding all the stages in preparation of your order.
Consequently, if it were impossible to supply the products included in the order made for any reason, Quenotte will give you information about alternative products with similar features, quality and price, reserving you the right to accept the replacement product that Quenotte offers you.
If you are not interested in the product offered by Quenotte, we will proceed to refund any amount which you have paid. Quenotte reserves the right to reimburse the amount you have paid for the unavailable product only to your bank account directly via Stripe. The customer will receive an email notifying them of the refund.
For each order you'll always  get an email confirmation on the address indicated in your account details. You will receive a second email once your order is shipped.

Guarantee of our products
All the products supplied by Quenotte have the guarantees demanded by current legislation in the sphere of consumers and users.
To make this guarantee effective, it is vital to keep the document or supporting document for the purchase given you by Quenotte.
Users are hereby informed that the pictures of the products offered on our website are only for illustration purposes and meant as a guideline, thus possibly differing from the original.
The descriptions and illustrations of the items offered over the www.quenotte-paris.com website are not of contractual nature but merely informative.
In the event of an item having any flaw or defect during the guarantee period, you must immediately inform Quenotte of this by sending an e-mail to the customer service in order for us to be able to manage the incident properly as soon as possible.

Returns or exchanges
If you made a mistake while ordering you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If Quenotte made a mistake, in this case we will assume the shipping costs.
Quenotte reserves the right to accept the returns with reimbursement only to your bank account via « Stripe ».
Quenotte will not make any change or not accept the return of any products if the item has been used, washed, or not labeled, or has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.
Quenotte reserves the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as shipped.
You have fourteen (14) working days from reception of the item to make use of your right to cancel and be able to return the article that you have purchased from www.quenotte-paris.com
Quenotte will not accept changes or returns for sale articles.
To be able to proceed to process the return of products you must get in touch with us, so we can give you the information and documents required to go through with the return.
In any event we will supply the contact details of the transport company so that you can handle the collection of products for return with them directly.
In the event of this being a return at your own choice, you will have to defray the return expenses due to send the products to Quenotte.
After receiving the product, Quenotte will examine this and will let you know if the return is applicable or not in view of the state in which the product is in. the refund will be made within 30 days from the date on which you requested the return.
The rights recognized by current legislation are in any event safeguarded.

Payment
The only payment method we accept is credit card: visa, mastercard. Our payment method is secure. The security system of « Stripe » guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.

Prices policy & shipping
All our prices are in euros (€). The prices of the products are as specified on our website (vat included) and Quenotte reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.

Important non-eu clients :
Take into account that international shipments outside the european union, might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
Quenotte cannot control or predict these charges, it is our client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
Please take into consideration that you might be charged for the customs procedures once the parcel arrives in your country. 
Please know that the client is responsible for all the additional fees like taxes, duties and customs fees.
We recommend to request information at your local customs office in order to calculate any eventual additional fees.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Quenotte reserves the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
The shipping fees will be added to your order while the check - out, and might change depends on which country your order is shipped to.
The shipping cost of your order will be automatically calculated depending on the weight of the total order. In the chart below, you will find estimated rates according to your location. if your country is not listed or the weight of your order exceeds the ones detailed, please contact us via: contact@quenotte-paris.fr
The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Preparation for deliveries takes place during working days.
Our delivery periods are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or force majeure causes. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, Quenotte will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery times given at any time by Quenotte will always be informative and guidelines, not being binding for Quenotte.
The delivery of your order will be made to the address placed in your order, if for some reason the delivery were delayed, we'll inform you as soon as possible, also in case the stock of any article is not available. Quenotte will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure, understanding force majeure to mean any act, event, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control.
Quenotte will not be liable either for the acts of the courier companies that it uses for making the delivery of its products at any time.
The couriers will make two attempts at delivery to the address stated and your order will be returned to Quenotte after these two attempts, should they be unsuccessful. In this last case, Quenotte reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for compensation of damages which it has undergone as a result of the impossibility of delivering the goods.
It's in Quenotte interest to ensure your satisfaction with the service rendered, for which reason we will make every effort to follow up the commitments taken on with you.
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.

By making purchases through our website, you have been informed and given your consent to your personal data to be included in the file known as “clients base data” and managed under the responsibility of Quenotte.
Your information will be kept and saved in a secure database and will not be shared with third parties.
